On Saturday 18th April, 5th & 19th December 2026, the ever-popular band Smooth Monkey takes the stage at The Nags Head Bar, Restaurant & Hotel, located at 3 St. Pancras, Chichester.
Known for their energetic and soulful covers, the band will kick off around 9 pm, bringing great vibes to the extensive Nags Head venue.
The Nags Head regularly hosts quality live music & DJ acts – Smooth Monkey previously performed at The Nags Head in December 2025, so their return is sure to be a hit with locals and music lovers alike.
Smooth Monkey is a lively acoustic rock duo, well known along the South Coast and made up of two musicians: Gavin Lathey (vocals & rhythm guitar) and Andy Gooding (lead guitar, both 6-string and 12-string).
Their sound is acoustic, but energetic – despite being only two people (two guitars + vocals), they aim for a big, lively performance.
Their set list includes well-known covers spanning several decades, plus a few original songs. Example songs include You Are All That I Have (Snow Patrol), Wherever You Will Go (The Calling), Faith (George Michael) and more.
