The Nags Head Chichester Sunday Carvery – Tripadvisor Reviews

First time I’ve visited and what a fabulous meal , one of the best Sunday roasts ive had in a long time! The portion sizes were generous, with plenty of perfectly cooked meat, crispy and fluffy roast potatoes, and delicious vegetables. The cauliflower cheese was a real standout, creamy and full of flavor. The gravy was absolutely spot on, rich and packed with taste, tying everything together beautifully.

Sunday carvery roast here is superb!! The place was packed out which is always a good sign! Rang on a chance booking as forgot to ring & book, man on phone really helpful & got us in only just over a hr wait! Brilliant service thanks guys. Food lush. Recommended to all.

A friends 50th Birthday – 22 people for a Sunday Roast – fantastic, food, service and very helpful staff – Thank You Tom and everyone for such a great day.”

My wife and I came here for the Sunday roast carvery. The Yorkshire puddings which greet you at the carvery are fantastic. There was a choice of meats, I had Beef, Gammon, Pork and Turkey all so tasty and cooked to perfection. The selection of vegetables was fantastic and the roast potatoes were of the finest quality, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The gravy was one of the best gravy’s that I have had for a long time. Delicious!!!! We will be back again for the carvery.

We booked here for Sunday lunch on a recommendation and were not disappointed. We all opted for the Carvery which was excellent. The roast beef was cooked to perfection and the portions were very generous. I would recommend this venue and will be eating here again.
